Come back postman
Hello,
I havent posted in over a week i think, i guess im sorry about that, but not really at the same today. Everything going well, and cant wait to go away for a few days. Going to leave with rose on new years day and go north just till the 3rd. Not very long, but i just cant wait to be in the car driving........when u drive up the freeway past berowa you just feel like your going on holidays because of the scenery and stuff, such a nice feeling. I got to get away more i think, travel just around here. Should go visit my sister and jason in melbourne. Adam my brother telling me how they have all these cool little villages around them....book shops...art shops...bakery's and stuff like that. Mum even said its quite amazing how they are there. Renee my sister lives just outside melbourne in a place called Dandenong. And when mum or anyone ever visits there they ge the best licorice!!!
Anyways back to the seeing more sydney dealio. Today went with my mum, mahsa, adam to see the locations for the wedding. We went to this place near rose bay/valcluse where one of the cermonies will be held, and it was quite an amazing view. You could see the opera house, city and bridge from there..beautiful. I took lots of photos today of heaps and heaps of stuff and i was just so suprised that this place even existed. Its like i dont even know my own city well. Everytime you think that you know sydney pretty well or got it figured out, you find a new exciting place and it just blows you away. Well this place did! Definately cant wait for the wedding just to go back to this place...its not exactly that exciting place...or anything really amazing about it other then the view...i think its just the idea of being to a totally new place you never even thought about. Heheh was cool.
We also went and visited sydney uni...where the reception will be held and i took even more photo's here. The main courtyard at sydney uni is amazing too...its like your stepping back in time to ye ol' english days. Mediaeval times.....just need some ppls walking around in Knight armour and some archers and you would believe ur there. Because uni is over there was hardly anyone there and the sky was blue, grass green and buildings old....i took some cool footage there too, also the chimes were going off from the main tower too!!
Also today i went and visited grandma. Was really good to see her..i dont see her enough, i should really on one of my days off go and visit her and sandra. They both seem to be doing great. Hehe its so funny...because eachtime i go and visit them...grandma always had an odd job for me to do. Today it was to change the globe in the bathroom. Hehe its good to help her out hehe shes so funny. She was telling me that whenever she (grandma) sees tall people she automatically thinks about how good they would be with switching light globes.....hehe so cute!
Anyways just got home and pretty exhausted might have a quick nap and then see what to do. Ill attatch some photos too...enjoy
