Not in reflective mood

not really in a reflective mood atm. But i guess i can still tell you what i did today.
Well first went to chatswood jb-hifi to talk to my old boss and hopefully get a job there. Saw another mate there by chance who works the music section called 'Dave' he pretty cool and good to catch up with him and steve too. Jb-hifi looks like a cool company to work for. Alot better then dicksmiths, they seem so much more relaxed, you wear what you want and they have good prices on all products. And also the salesperson can negotiate sales without going to their manager which means the customer gets served better and a good price. I would like to work any section of the store even registers as even the person who served me was cool!
After chatswood, i went home then rode/caught train to hadas's and went to matt's rehersal / semi photo shoot for the band owenell. Was cool to meet all the dudes they seem very nice, and hopefully see them in the future sometime. Im guessing ill be going to a few of their gigs. Whilst hearing them reherse, there music is typical rock music. Which is pretty standard......like when matt jams with them he definately adds a bit of spice to it. Makes it alot more enjoyable, otherwise they just seem like every other rock band. Which is not a criticism, they probaly sell alot more records being like that. But as matt says there not very experimental. They had some pretty solid good songs, but the entire band seemed to be having alot more fun when they played a few covers, like white stripes, franz, RATM and stuff was fun to watch, i was dancing a lil' bit too.
The rehersal and photo stuff took quite a while and hadas, matt and i left about 11pm. Got a mcflurry on the way home and tried the thai chicken wrap thing from maccas. Was alright...but seriously didnt taste much different from the tandoori chicken one i had. But i guess thats what u get when you go to maccas and you pay that much. Mcflurry's still rock though.
Once got back to matt's i realised it was pretty damn late about midnight so had to quickly jump on the bike and ride to townhall. Was such a nice ride. Really nice night tonight. Not too cold not to warm just so relaxing, even though i was riding really fast to get the last train at 12.19am. Got it no problem, i rek0n only took 5mins to get to town hall which shows how fast it is on a bike! go the bikes!. Anyway i still got to take in the atmosphere of darling habour and the view. So nice, the air was crisp too. A clean type of crispyness, as i guess its alot cleaner when there arent 1000x cars around the city. I love riding my bike at night, especially when the weather and view are as good as it was tonight. Feel so free, like a little boy again. I feel like im doing exactly what im meant to be doing.....its so fun. I want to go on a bigger, longer bike ride tomorrow. I think im meeting cara tomoz for dinner, so be a good time to go after that. Just soke in the night atmosphere, especially around the city. I guess i could ride somewhere else too. haha which reminds me, catching the train with my bike around 3.30pm is a big no no. Well not a no-no just so many school peoples on the trains its intense. Heheh when i passed gordon station on the way to the city, and saw all the killara/st ives people brang back so many memories. Good and bad, more just about the state of mind your in when your at highschool. Everything is so....well....you. Its pretty cool looking back on those days and just how different you do think today. I wonder if i will think that in 5-10years time from now. Maybe ill think that i was so immature or just different now like when looking back at high school, i dont know. Be interesting though. ehhe make me laugh.
Other then that, had a pretty good day. Probaly one of the best since being back. I think its because i was out of the house, living my life. Things just seemed to be alot better, i dont know if they actually were but felt like it was. Am i still confused, is my life still a mess....yes, yes, but didnt seem to bother me much today, especially whilst riding. Does that mean im just ignoring it all? i dont think so, its more just a way to take it slowly and not all at once, thats not necessary bad is it?
I hope rosie had a good day. I spoke to her which was really good. Just felt like....normal....which is a good thing. Didnt feel to wierd or anything, though she did say i didnt sound the most excited. Fuck right now im listening to '10-bloc_party-so_here_we_are.mp3' Rosie told me about this song, and it does fucking rock, bless her soul. She shows me alot of stuff, it seems everywhere i go i still think about her, but not so much in a way of missing her (sounds harsh but i dont mean it like that). More in a way......i think......in my mind that Rosie be good at this, or Rosie can do this better, Rosie would like that, Rosie finds that funny. I thought that when taking photo's of the band today, Rosie be better at that, shes good at taking photos. I dont know what that means, i guess just shows shes very talented and i respect that no matter what.
I guess i should upload a photo from today, i will do that prob tomoz, my camera is upstairs. + gives me something else to do tomoz. I really need to do some proper exercise too, maybe go for a morning jog if its nice weather, cross the fingers. I need a job too lol, damn i hope this jb-hifi goes through otherwise ill have to find something else, which i suppose i should anyway. It will be fine though..........
anyways i better be off to bed, ill burn this cd for you rose, if u want it bad i can send it down to ya too. Speak to you all soon
